Scottish Leadership Awards 2012 The Scottish Leadership Awards recognises the achievements of leaders in Scotland's private and public sectors. The awards are designed to reflect the changing world we are in. Leaders in all walks of life do not necessarily regard themselves as being part of the elite but accept the important role they have to guide their organisations to success. There is no doubt we need good leaders and that is what our awards are all about. Business Insider will draw up a list of Scotland’s leaders and the leaders themselves will be able to vote for the various category winners. Winners will be decided by their peers in business and in the public sector. We will be asking those voting to think about aspects such as the effectiveness of the individuals, their ability to communicate clearly and provide inspiration and, above all, the results of their endeavours. The awards will be presented at an exclusive and exceptionally well appointed gala dinner and awards ceremony on Thursday 11th October at the Radisson Hotel in Glasgow |
