These awards, which mark the achievements of the outstanding leaders in the Scottish Private and Public Sectors, are being held in the prestigious surroundings of the National Museum, Edinburgh on Thursday 6th October 2011,

Male Business Leader of the Year

"Awarded to a businessman who has shown outstanding and inspiring leadership.

Female Business Leader of the Year

Awarded to a businesswoman who has shown outstanding and inspiring leadership.

Young Business Leader of the Year

Awarded to a young business leader aged 40 or under who has shown outstanding and inspiring leadership

Manufacturing & Production Leader of the Year Leader of the Year

Awarded to a Manufacturing & Production Leader of the Year leader who has shown outstanding and inspiring leadership.

Service Sector Leader of the Year

Awarded to a service sector leader who has shown outstanding and inspiring leadership.

Professional Services Leader of the Year

Awarded to a professional services sector leader who has shown outstanding and inspiring leadership.

Public Sector Leader of the Year

Awarded to a public sector leader who has shown outstanding and inspiring leadership.

International Scottish Business Leader of the Year

Awarded to a Scot who is based outwith their home country who has shown outstanding and inspiring leadership.

International Scot Services to Scotland Leader of the Year

Awarded to a Scot who is based outwith their home country who has made an outstanding contribution to the current and future prosperity of Scotland.

Scottish Leader of the Year 2010

Awarded to the individual who has shown outstanding and inspiring leadership in either the private or public sector.
