Entry Criteria
Please complete a separate on-line nomination form for each of the categories you wish to nominate in. Your online nomination should be kept simple (no more than 500 words). On submission of the entry form, the nominee will then be issued a comprehensive questionnaire by our research team. This questionnaire will provide the judging panel with the information they require. When answering the questionnaire the following should be taken into consideration:
- All nominations should be made online. If you experience any problems with nominating please contact Carly Baxter, Event Manager, Insider Events, Tel 0141 309 1402 or email carly.baxter01@trinitymirror.com
- When answering the questionnaire nominees must ensure that all sections of the selected award criteria are referred to.
- You must answer all questions. Please note that whilst we may be asking for confidential information, all members of the judging panel are asked to sign confidentiality agreements and all judging packs are left behind at the end of the meeting. These are then destroyed and no confidential information will be published in any of the event material.
- When returning the questionnaire you should ensure that consideration is given to the presentation of the document and that everything is presented clearly. All documents will go into a standard leaver arch folder, therefore what you submit must fit into the folder or a plastic wallet. This will help the judging panel when reviewing the content.
- Once you have fully completed your questionnaire you should return 10 copies along with any supporting material you wish to include.
- The judging panel's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
