Clic Sargent - caring for children and young people with cancer and their families- in hospital and at home.
James Kean - last years Community Champion who invites 300 kids into his home each week to play football and a host of other sports.
Nordoff Robbins - specialises in transforming the lives of children and adults constrained by illness, disability, trauma or isolation, through the power of music.
