Unsung Hero Award:NHS Scotland
It is important to recognise the jewel in any team - the type of person who just gets on with their job, but whose drive and commitment always shines through. This is the type of person who goes the extra mile, enhances the reputation of the whole team, and always keeps in sight the wellbeing of those whose care they're involved in. Although just doing their normal day-to-day job, these people genuinely make a difference, but so often their contribution goes unrecognised. Here's your opportunity to show them just how much you value them and their work.
