The Scottish Business Insider Deals & Dealmakers Awards acknowledge and reward excellence in corporate finance transactions - the bankers, venture capitalists, lawyers and accountants who initiate, structure and negotiate deals for growing organisations.

The awards are based on deals completed by this community fiscal year 2011/12. The Awards will be presented at a high-quality dinner in the Hilton Hotel on 5th September 2012.

Deal-active companies, both quoted and private, welcome the publicity and profile that comes from being recognised for award-winning Deals.

In 2011, The Scottish Business Insider Deals & Dealmakers Awards Dinner was a hugely successful event, attracting over 550 guests to the Glasgow Hilton for a fabulous evening of entertainment, presentations and after dinner speaker.

The 2012 event will be a similar format with up to 550 guests and hosted by a high profile presenter and after dinner speaker.
