What happens after I submit a nomination?
You will be sent a questionaire from our researchers which you must complete and return by Friday 13th July. This along with other supplementary information that either our judges request or that our researchers feel will be of use, will be considered by the judging panel who will meet on Friday 3rd August.
As part of the judging session, our experts will select 3 finalists in each of the categories. At the event one winner from these 3 finalists will be announced for each category.
Is there a deadline for booking tickets?
Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and as demand for this event is extremely high it is advisable to return your booking form as soon as possible.
How do I purchase tickets?
Tables of 10 are available for £1100 + VAT and individual tickets can be purchased for £120 + VAT. To book seats please download a booking form or contact the sales team on 0141 309 1452
Invoices can be issued for payment or credit card bookings can be taken over the phone. Please note that FULL payment must be made before your tickets are despatched.
Where will I be seated?
All seating will be within the Grand Ballroom. Single ticket holders will be seated at the discretion of Insider Events (single ticket holders from the same organisation will be seated at the same table). For those organisations that book more than one table, Insider Events will try to ensure that their tables will be situated together.
What should I wear?
Black Tie/Highland Dress/cocktail dress should be worn.
Where should I stay?
Overnight accommodation is NOT included in the ticket price. The Hilton Hotel will offer event guests an agreed reduced rate, please log onto www.glasgow.hilton.com/drevents for further details.
