The winner of the Insider Readers' Award is selected by the magazine's 50,000+ readership. The award is for outstanding leadership and/or achievements with an enterprise or agency in either the private or public sector.

The Insider Readers' Award is one of eight Elite awards - the ultimate accolades for those who make business tick in Scotland. The winner will be presented with their trophy at the Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner.
