Is there a deadline for booking tickets?

Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis and as demand for this event is extremely high it is advisable to return your booking form as soon as possible.


How do I pay for tickets?

An invoice will be sent to you on receipt of booking form. Please or telephone Michele Aaen, Sponsorship Manager on 0141 309 1438 should you wish to pay by credit card or BACS. Alternatively you can make cheques payable to Scottish Daily Record & Sunday Mail Ltd and send to:

Where will I be seated?

All seating will be within the Grand Ballroom. Single ticket holders will be seated at the discretion of Insider Events (single ticket holders from the same organisation will be seated at the same table). For those organisations that book more than one table, Insider Events will try to ensure that their tables will be situated together.


What should I wear?

Black Tie/Highland Dress should be worn.


Where should I stay?

Overnight accommodation is NOT included in the ticket price. However, this can be arranged by contacting the hotel reservations desk direct. Please ensure that you inform the hotel that you are attending the event in order to receive a reduced rate for your accommodation.


How do I enquire about sponsorship opportunities?

There are various sponsorship opportunities ranging from support sponsorship through to award category sponsorship. The cost of sponsorship ranges from £4,000 + VAT through to £8,000 + VAT depending on the platform. Please contact Michele Aaen, Head of Business & Events on 0141 309 1438 or send an .
